Terms of Service
Effective October 26, 2026
These terms are the agreement between Entira ("we") and the business that uses Entira ("you"). By creating an account or using Entira, you agree to them on behalf of your business. If you don't agree, don't use Entira.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for your business.
- Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password and sign-in codes private. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what your team members do.
- Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone has used your account without permission.
Your data
The information you and your customers put into Entira is yours. You give us permission to store, process and send it only as needed to provide Entira to you, to keep it secure, and to follow the law.
You are responsible for having the right to use the information you put into Entira, and for any notices and permissions the law requires, including before you email people, call them, or record calls.
You can export or delete your information at any time. If you close your account, we delete its information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Entira must be used lawfully and in a way that respects the people you contact. These rules apply to everyone on your team.
- Send marketing email only to people who agreed to receive it from your business. Keep a record of how and when they agreed.
- No purchased, rented, borrowed or scraped lists. Don't upload or email addresses you got from a list provider, another business, or by collecting them from websites.
- No unsolicited email. Don't send bulk email to people who didn't ask to hear from you.
- A working unsubscribe link in every marketing email. Entira adds one; don't remove or hide it. Honor every unsubscribe and never email that person marketing again unless they sign up again.
- Be honest about who you are. Use accurate sender names, addresses and subject lines, and include any contact details, such as a postal address, that the law requires.
- Watch your bounces and complaints. Entira stops sending to addresses that bounce or that mark your email as spam. Don't try to work around this.
Calls and recordings
- Follow the laws on calling people, including the rules for automated calls and do-not-call lists.
- Tell people when a call is recorded, and get their permission where the law requires it.
- Don't hide or fake the number you call from.
Everything else
Don't use Entira to:
- break the law or help someone else break it;
- send or store malware, phishing, or content that is fraudulent, threatening, harassing or abusive;
- use other people's work or personal information without the right to;
- get into accounts or systems that aren't yours, or test, overload or interfere with Entira;
- copy, resell or rent out Entira without our written permission.
What we do about abuse
We watch for signs of abuse, such as high bounce and complaint rates. If we see a problem, we may pause sending, limit features, or suspend or close the account. Where we can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. When others are at risk, such as during a spam or phishing campaign, we may act right away.
Fees
If your plan has fees, they are shown when you choose the plan, and you agree to pay them. We'll tell you before any price change applies to you.
Changes to Entira
We improve Entira often, and features may change. If we remove something important to how you use Entira, we'll tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, as described above. After an account is closed, we delete its information as described in our Privacy Policy, so export anything you want to keep first.
Disclaimers and liability
We work hard to keep Entira available and correct, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Calls and email also depend on networks we don't control.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Entira in the 12 months before the claim.
You are responsible for claims that arise from the information you put into Entira or from your breaking these terms.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll email account owners before it takes effect. Continuing to use Entira after that means you accept the new terms.
